relag¶
relag is a Python binding for the relag Rust crate. It provides fast,
SIMD-accelerated tools for working with datasets generated by a Random Generative
Process (RGP) — datasets where items share latent structure (e.g. protein families, molecules)
that makes naive random splits leak information between train and test.
This is the human-readable doc, but we also have a LLM doc so you favorite chatbot or agent can read the documentation. We follow the llms.txt standard, which means you can access the llm doc index with llms.txt or the full documentation in one document with llms-full.txt.
